All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and inclusive of 16% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.
We accept M-Pesa payments only. Payment must be completed within 10 minutes of initiating checkout. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled.
Delivery timelines (same-day Nairobi, 24h county-wide) are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
All laptops sold are refurbished units, individually graded and diagnostics-tested before listing. Each unit carries a warranty matched to its condition grade, handled directly by Heada rather than a manufacturer. Our dead-on-arrival replacement policy applies as described in our Returns policy. Warranty and return terms are in addition to your statutory rights under Kenyan consumer protection law.
Heada's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
