Every laptop we sell goes through the same diagnostics checklist and is graded for cosmetic and battery condition before it's ever listed. What you see on the product page is what was actually tested on that exact unit — not a generic claim about the model.
Condition grades
Grade A — Excellent
No visible wear, or only signs invisible at normal viewing distance.
Grade B — Good
Light wear — minor scratches or scuffs on the case; screen unaffected.
Grade C — Fair
Noticeable wear — visible scratches, dents, or minor blemishes that do not affect use.
Every unit, every time
Before a unit is listed, it's run through this checklist. The full result — including any notes — is published on that unit's product page, not summarised away.
If a unit arrives with a fault that wasn't on its diagnostics report, you have 7 days to tell us and we'll replace it or refund you — no questions asked, regardless of grade.
